VP, Corporate & Business Development
Led global corporate development and partnerships for a neutral-host mobile infrastructure platform focused on shared network densification and private 5G. Closed an $18.5M spectrum acquisition in New Zealand, established commercial partnerships with major mobile network operators, and supported the strategic initiative leading to the company's acquisition.
Clearwire Corporation
VP, Strategic Development – Strategy Group
A leading provider of wireless broadband services, Clearwire marketed its 4G service under the CLEAR® brand and through wholesale relationships with Sprint, Comcast, and Time Warner Cable. In July 2013, the company completed its sale to Sprint at approximately $14 billion.
  • Developed strategic roaming partnerships including completion of an agreement with China Mobile, the world's largest mobile operator; drove TD-LTE ecosystem adoption via the GTI Consortium.
  • Led corporate development initiatives including asset monetization, strategic planning, and cost transformation — including a project delivering over $35M in savings.
  • Supported multiple strategic transactions leading to the $14B sale of the business to Sprint.
  • Served as Interim ePMO Lead during the sale transaction, reporting to CEO, CTO, and Audit Committee and overseeing key company initiatives including the 2013 LTE build.
VP, Corporate Development – International
Early member of Clearwire International, leading acquisition of spectrum licenses — through company acquisitions, strategic investments, and government auctions — covering more than 280 million people.
  • Led multiple M&A deals and spectrum auctions in Europe and Latin America with full responsibility for planning, valuation, deal structure, negotiations, and due diligence; individual deal values exceeded $40M.
  • Spearheaded sale of German subsidiary to a major mobile operator via a complex three-way transaction, navigating significant technology advocacy and regulatory approvals to deliver a profitable exit.
  • Managed divestiture of seven European companies including complex markets such as Poland and Romania, achieving favorable terms during an extremely difficult economic climate.
  • Served as Interim Managing Director post-acquisition, leading integration and formation of local management team.
  • Board Director: MVS Net, Imagine Communications, and Danske Telecom.
Head of Wholesale – Interim
Led formation of Clearwire's initial Wholesale organization, developing the strategic roadmap, governance structure, and operational support model.
